Sam Bauer is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Litigation Department. He works on general litigation matters, complex commercial disputes, employment law issues, and white collar crime and government investigations. He represents higher education clients in matters involving employment discrimination and investigations. Sam is also active in the firm’s pro bono program, working with clients on immigration matters, and with legal services organizations in connection with advocacy efforts on behalf of non-citizens.
